How long does a tile roof last?
The tile itself can last 50 years or more, often the life of the home. The underlayment beneath typically needs replacing sooner, which is why quality underlayment and installation are so important.
Can my home support a tile roof?
Maybe, and we check before recommending it. Tile is significantly heavier than shingle, so the structure must be able to carry it. If it cannot without reinforcement, we will tell you honestly and suggest alternatives.
Concrete or clay tile, what is the difference?
