Yes, our standard roof inspection with photos and a verbal report is free and comes with no obligation. If you need a formal written report for a real estate transaction or a specific document for an insurer, we'll let you know up front if there's any cost involved.
What do you actually check during an inspection?
We look at the field shingles for wear, granule loss, and bruising; the flashing around chimneys, walls, and skylights; pipe boots and vents; the valleys; the ridges; and the gutters. Should I get an inspection after a storm even if I see no damage?
