  My roof was replaced by blue rhino 08/24. Shawn did the initial inspection and was great to work with throughout. By his experience, Shawn led me through work with my insurance company then he was on top of things thru the whole process. … More They were never late for an appointment and never left a question unanswered. They were great with the cleanup after the job. I needed some roof work around a vent (damaged by other work) months later and they cheerfully took care of that gratis. I’m happy to recommend blue rhino.

  I understand that there was a terrible catastrophic event that happened a few days ago. People have passed, houses were destroyed, roofs were torn off, and so forth. This is a difficult time for everyone to have to go through. I have prayers … More to the families that are currently attempting to get back on their feet. At this time, I was not effected by any of this.
  As any other normal homeowner would do from events like this, I would always go outside to check for any damages that were done to my property. At this time, there was nothing that was found or discovered. I was lucky this time. Knowing that there was nothing was found, I had put up a sign months ago that is clearly visible near my doorbell for any solicitor that I am not interested in any services they have to sell.
  Giving the fact that the event had happen, I am not here to tell you guys how to do your jobs. You guys should be going to people's house that HAVE roofs that are damaged, NOT the ones that have no damage.
  Respone to owner: I appreciate you replying to my review. I understand that. However, what you don't know is that I have construction workers who live in my household whom have been in construction business for almost 10+ years for the reason I do not need salespeople coming to my door. That is the reason for the sign. We can call it "being a step ahead in the game" for me coming prepared for these types of events. I already had someone took a look at my roof. Please ACTUALLY GO to houses that are in NEED OF roof repairs. Have a nice day.

  This is my second roof (one on my mothers one on mine) with Blue Rhino roofing. I was skeptical at first because my insurance said my deductible was more than my “repairs.” Shawn told me straight up that my roof was shot and if I trusted … More him to let him work my claim. I did just that and it paid off. My insurance paid up and now I have a very insurable roof. As a matter of fact my insurance did not drop me from policy and my rate went down due to the new roof! Absolute proof that Shawn knows what he is talking about. All my neighbors are amazed that I got a new roof when they were denied originally like I was. Call Shawn if there is any doubt your insurance denied and there should be a claim! He will tell you the TRUTH!
